2016 May 19, 5:30 pm Board Meeting at the 36th Annual Conference

FNPS Board Members.
The May 2016 Board meeting will be held at 5:30 pm on Thursday May 19 at the 36th Annual Conference at the Daytona Beach Resort. The meeting location will be the Manatee Room (see attached floorplan and conference schedule).

The Agenda is posted- as of May 14.  Motions and Actions for the Board should be sent to the President for inclusion in the Agenda. Motions are to be posted in Bold on the Forum. Thanks everyone for a great two years working together. 

Please post Reports by Monday, May 16. Reports are due for all committee Chairs and Directors at this face-to-face meeting. Please provide updates on all reports. FNPS Board members will be attending the meeting and we need to give everyone time to read reports before we leave for Daytona.

1.  Motion to approve the Dan Austin Award for Ethnobotany and the proposed criteria.


2.  Motion to approve the final, vetted copy of the West Coast Landscape Brochure and approve our Development Director to seek money to cover the costs of printing the 6 regional brochures.
