Attached is an Agenda for the May 18 2017 Annual Council of Chapters meeting. NOTE: The Agenda is two pages, but there are really only 2 pieces of NEW Business on it:
- Set up a schedule for all COC meetings in 2017-2018
Rather than provide a separate attachment, I included the schedule of the months and the type of meeting for the next year. We have to decide on the week/day/time for the go-to-meetings. The next annual conference will be in Miami, so we will also talk a little about role of the regional chapters in the next conference.
Rather than having you click on links to the last planning meeting (2014), I highlighted key points in the agenda. These will be used as discussion points for our conversation on Council Direction.

Note: The Council has 2 Hours of meeting time at the Conference:
From 3:30 - 4:30 - a Workshop where we will review a presentation I put together for new chapter representatives orientation and training.
From 4:30 - 5:30 - a Business meeting, outlined in this agenda.
