Treasurer Report May 2017 BOD
Motion: Approve the proposal from Flavin, Nooney & Person, Inc. and sign an engagement letter to complete the 2015-2016 Audits for $9,500 and for the 2017 audit for $6,500.
Motion: Amend the budget to increase General & Management Expenses by an additional $3,700 to $9,500 pay the auditor’s fees.
Added the 2017 Budget as revised from Feb.-April 2017 BOD mtgs. And Nov. 2016 actual.
