Revision 1 to Approved 2018 FNPS Budget

Please find revision 1 to 2018 budget attached. Changes with this revision:

$6500 added to expense forecast for account 16356 for transition to Care accounting with Quickbooks and Fletcherae Consulting support to set up new Chart of Accounts.
