[Executive Assistant Report]

Please see attached report and updated JOCO contract which includes the amount of revenue they want to donate to FNPS.

Please review the DRAFT contract with JOCO Organics, LLC.  I will have this reviewed by an attorney before submitting to the Board for a vote.

[Conservation Committee Report]

Motions:

a.   Motion to approve a $5,000 Conservation Grant Award to The Friends of Jonathan Dickenson State Park for their project:  Tolumnia bahamensis population augmentation in Jonathan Dickinson State Park FY2018-2019
b.   Motion to formally establish a dedicated, restricted fund for the Warea Partnership Project as stated in the MOU between FNPS and Putnam Land Conservancy.
c.   Motion to establish a designated restricted fund (Conservation, Preservation and Restoration) using the remaining funds collected for the Emergency Sandhill Rescue campaign.
