which "directed staff to purchase a zoom annual subscription and to employ this platform for FNPS virtual communication." I believe it is important to capture the full intent of the directive the Executive Committee wanted conveyed to the Executive Director.
2. Also, in the second paragraph: the Executive Committee did not "pass a Resolution" regarding the relationship between the Ed and the President. The Executive Committee directed that such a Resolution be written and sent to the board for its approval.
"Susan Carr moved that the ExCom draft and endorse a Board Resolution pertaining to FNPS organization structure and hierarchy. This Resolution shall affirm the Board’s discretion to imbue the President as primary supervisor of the Executive Director, with authority of oversight for FNPS operations."
