Motion: Replace the sentence in Section 2, item 3, second bullet point which reads: "$5,000 for paid advertising expenses, payable upon invoice before May 30, 2021.” to read: "$5,000 for paid advertising expenses, payable upon invoice before August 31, 2021".
Explanation: The contract between Sue Mullins and FNPS was revised earlier this year with the addition of the $5,000 payment for advertising in support of the license plate marketing campaign. The contractor wishes to move the deadline for invoicing to later this summer. The invoice amount and purpose will remain the same.
