Here are the reports that summarize our 2021 year end finances:

1.  Statement of Activity - the second sheet shows "adjusted" income figures that deducts the ENTIRE chapter support payment and permanently restricted income, as a better estimate of operating fund income.   I've added comments as explanation for some line items.  Pdf and Excel versions are attached. 

2.  The Statement of Financial Position shows our assets and liabilites end of 2021, compared to 2020
