Handbook Changes:

Need Board approval of additions to the Handbook (Chapters/Chapter Reporting) posted in the Handbook awaiting approval.

Membership and Educational Brochure Printing:

Orders have been placed for printing.  Chapters have requested quantities they need through the end of 2022.
 Plan is to reorder in January, 2023.

I am posting the following:

Note:   I am also proposing a minor bylaws change to have nominees, both by the committee and "by the membership announced and published in time for voting members to make informed decisions (separate item)

The intent is to distinguish between the slate submitted by the Nominating Committee and other nominees with all nominees being presented to the Board and the membership at least 3 weeks in advance of the Annual Meeting.

With this, nominees "from the membership" replace nominees "from the floor" but all members have an opportunity to review all nominees in advance so as to be able to make an informed choice.

This happens to be what we have done this year -- but under the existing bylaws we still have to have nominations from the floor which could be really problematic if we have a fully electronic, non-at-a-meeting vote.

Finance Committee did not meet this month. Several members were engaged with ED Search interviews and process.
