There are action items in red -- most need some assistance from the Council of Chapters and Chapters knowing how to use data that they get from FNPS.

I'm going to contact Melanie since I think we need to do some educating on both what data is available and how to make it most useful to them.  Also some real challenges need to be discussed by the users of the data -- not just membership chairs.
