[Conservation Committee _ Charter for Approval & Budget Request for 2023]

Attached is a Word Document for the charter of the Conservation Committee and report. The charter contains the duration (until dissolved by the BOD) and listed functions/powers of the committee. These may be altered at any time by vote of the BOD.

[Governance Committee Draft Charter]

Attached is a Word document for the charter of the proposed Governance Committee. The term of establishment is until dissolved by the BOD. Proposed members include John Benton (chair), Wendy Poag, Susan Carr, David Martin, and Bonnie Basham. Other interested members may be added by the chair at any time.
