In short, we did not meet this month, so report is provided as a formality.

[Conservation Committee Award Recommendation and Report]

The Conservation Award applications were reviewed by a subcommittee of five. The recommendation to the BOD is to approve the award of $5000 to the Lake Griffin State Park Warea amplexifolia project in the Consent Agenda, unless a member wishes to discuss it.  The Selby Gardens project regarding the Florida star orchid (Epidendrum floridense) is also a worthy project and should be supported if additional funding can be found.
