Is this a gated community? If yes, I'd like the chapter to include in their proposal whether their meetings are open to the public, and have the Board discuss whether our chapters meetings need to be open to the public.

In case I'm supposed to make an report for this year...

Since being elected to Office, I've been attending the Finance Committee meeting, and helped review our tax return, the 2024 budget, the insurance renewal, and the 2025 Conference venue contract. I have also be attending the Strategic Plan workgroup meetings.

I respectfully decline the co-chair proposition as every committee has a chair. This plan, though noble on paper, does not work in reality.
