• Availability of staff
• Availability of various contractors
• Availability of potential future contractors
• The time that it takes to actually accomplish things.

Hi Shirley! Some board members and staff have requested to know when other committee meetings recurrently happen ("cadence"). This is why it's being asked. If your committee does not have a set schedule, you can simply list the months that your committee has known meetings based on deliverables much like the landscape committee has listed their known meeting schedule.
