4th Quarter - November, 2007
1.   Board of Directors
a.   Follow up with State fertilizer task force, monitor progress
b.   Executive Committee action item list and reminders
c.   Provide follow up reminders on meeting action items
d.   Disc Wildflower Found partnership with J. Caster
e.   Meeting location, directions and general coordination
f.   Create vote tabulation sheet for BOD meeting
g.   Review Archival info from storage unit / organize
h.   Answer questions from the general public and guide information to committees and officers
i.   International trip fundraiser coordination with travel agent
j.   Coordinate BOD retreat at FFA center
k.   Plan future retreats
l.   Write descriptions for Dir At Large positions for recruitment
m.   Disc with UF Landscape Arch professors, FNPS involvement
n.   Speaking engagements in Maitland and Volusia county
o.   Complete retreat accounting finances
p.   Palmetto archive project
q.   Compile strategic plan notes
r.   Talk to Fl Friendly yards about native plant inclusion.
s.   Participate in PBS special native, FL fr yards - volusia and brevard chapters
2.   Chapter Assistance
a.   Download info from NPCC and other sources and send to chapters
b.   South Ridge meetings
c.   Review Tarflower water conservation policy
d.   Participate in Tarflower WMD, County, City panel for Orange TV
e.   New Sweet Bay Chapter questions
f.   Update listserv emails
g.   Meet with Broward chapter and Broward officers
h.   Meet with Cocoplum officers
i.   Meet with Naples chapter and officers
j.   Update calendar events and other information on website
3.   New Chapter Start-Up
a.   Organize new chapter in Marion County; recruit officers.
b.   Marion County organizational meeting
c.   Coordinate new St. Johns County Chapter
4.   Communications Committee
5.   Conference Planning
a.   Plan, monitor, coordinate and fundraise for 2008 conference
6.   Media Relations Sub-Committee
7.   Conservation
8.   Land Management Partner Sub-Committee
9.   Education
a.   Disc Climate policy with G. Kish
b.   Follow state education standards revisions
10.   Grant Procurement
a.   Visit Florida Grant conference
b.   Private Florida Foundations research for mission related grant
c.   Work on Municipal grant project, coordinate with UF for data
11.   Landscape Awards
a.   Assist with powerpoint start up for award ceremony
b.   Review, sort, catalog and archive landscape awards
