My apologies. I can’t find my hand written minutes form the meeting, so I’m relying on the agenda and memory, SORRY. For EC members who weren’t there, some more detail about the items discussed would be very useful and also will really help us as we go back to previous minutes at a later date and need to remember why we made a certain decision.
The information posted in the VP admin report slot was discussed as part of either the president’s or past president’s reports.
VP admin report. I didn’t have much to report. All contractors are performing beautifully. No insurance issues. I’m expecting the annual insurance update to arrive in August.
Under Treasurer d.3 – it would be helpful to list the chapters we discussed and what types of checks are not being cashed.
Under New Business A, Karina is not an employee of FNPS. We have no employees. She is a contractor and we pay her as a contractor to FNPS.
Item C, can you elaborate more on what was discussed and why we’ve asked KV to get more information? My brain's having a hard time remembering.
Item D – Jeff Caster, who's a landscape architect at FDOT.
Item E – Can you list a couple of the examples of the types of problems we discussed? I remember sizing requirements being an issue.
Item F- “Ask AFNN growers what they need from FNPS AFNN” and explain why, i.e.; what this item was about.
