Corrected Aug. 2013 Statement pages added to Forum post.
Added 15 Nov. 13 2012 Draft Audit and letter to the Board. It is draft pending a motion to transfer an asset (T-shirts).

I received the 2012-990 on 14 Nov. 13. The accountant sent/or is sending it to the IRS 14/15 Nov. 13 electronically. I mailed the 2012-990T on 14 Nov. 13. I haven't had time to scan the 990/990T, but will bring a copy for review. They will be posted after I scan them, most likely this will be after the meeting.  See you tomorrow, Kim
