I hope everyone had an opportunity to read Laurie Sheldon's recent blog article on the August retreat. I think she did a terrific job!

[Re: 2014 Draft Budget/2012 Draft Audit/2012-990/990T and Report]

2014 Draft Budget revisions will be made at the Board mtg. based on contracts changes.
Files are in Pdf formats and Excel.   

On 14 Nov. 13, I received the 2012-990/990T. The 990 is being sent electronically to the IRS and I mailed the 990T. I will bring a copy to the meeting and post a scan file next week.

The 2012 Draft FNPS Audit was sent last night. It is attached. The Audit is marked Draft as it assumes the Board will approve a transfer of an asset (T-shirts) for Conference promotion. A motion is in the Treasurer's report.
