Will there be a meeting of the Council of Chapters at the Conference?
If not will the Chapter Representatives need to be at the Board meeting?
What participation is expected from the Chapter Representatives at the Conference if any?

Note: All the other pages are under construction and have not been read, approved, or reviewed by anyone. So if you do look, it is definitely a "sneak" preview. We will invite everyone's comment, corrections, and input, once the draft pages are built. Everything that exists there now can be deleted or changed as the group wills. Please extend to us a little more time to finish this draft and to seek the input and approval of others. This site does not yet express the will of the leadership or the group as a whole. Consider development "in beta", and yourself as a "beta reviewer". Thank you.
